Individual bronze markers include:
- Cast bronze plaque with or without a granite base.
- Individual's first name, middle initial, and last name.
- Year of birth & demise, or full date of birth & demise.
- Up to 4 words (25 characters) of inscription.
- Choice of standard granite colors.
- Up to 2 standard emblems cast on the plaque.
- Delivery in the 48 Continental United States.
Companion bronze markers include:
- Cast bronze plaque mounted to a granite base.
- Family name, 2 individual names & full respective dates.
- Up to 4 words (25 characters) of inscription.
- Choice of standard granite colors.
- Up to 3 standard emblems cast on the plaque.
- Delivery in the 48 Continental United States.
- Date scrolls can be added later for person(s) not deceased
Infant markers include:
- Cast bronze plaque mounted to a granite base.
- Infant's name, date of birth & demise.
- Choice of standard granite colors.
- Delivery in the 48 Continental United States.
- Dependant on size of marker, an emblem may be added.
Granite markers include:
- Name, year of birth & demise.
- Up to 25 characters of inscription.
- Choice of standard granite colors.
- Delivery in the 48 Continental United States.
- Emblems are an additional fee.
Will the cemetery accept a headstone purchased from you? (back to top)
"Yes, as long as the headstone meets their requirements, they are legally bound to accept the memorial. Please call your cemetery and make sure your design and size meets their requirements. We do, however, have the cemetery approve the marker you are purchasing to guarantee that the marker meets the cemetery's approval and acceptance for size and granite color."
Who installs the grave headstone at the cemetery? (back to top)
"In most cases, the cemetery will offer the installation service for a fee. If the headstone is going to a rural cemetery or one which does not install memorials, locate a monument dealer in your area."
Will the cemetery charge an installation fee? (back to top)
Simply call your cemetery and tell them what size memorial you are choosing. They, in turn, will let you know their installation prices.
Do your bronze headstones come with a granite base? (back to top)
All of our bronze headstones are available with a choice of a standard color granite base. Premium granite bases are available. Call for price.
Will I see a proof or drawing of the marker for my approval? (back to top)
Yes, you will get to proof and approve the marker prior to manufacturing. You are entitled to TWO layout changes to the marker. Any additional changes are $50 each. Our manufacturer ONLY entitles us to TWO drawings or changes without being charged.
You will not be charged anything should we have any information on the marker incorrect due to our error or due to design layout error.
Is the shipping extra or is it included in the price? (back to top)
All of our products include the cost of basic ground shipping to the continental 48 United States. We ship business to business addresses only. We deliver the markers directly to the cemetery of your choice OR to a local monument dealer that will install it at the cemetery. Residential deliveries can be arranged for a fee of $150.00 additional shipping. This is due to our carriers having to send ""special"" sized trucks into your neighborhood.
When will my headstone be delivered? (back to top)
From the time the order is placed, it will take approximately four to six weeks to deliver a standard bronze headstone, and six-eight weeks for a sandblast headstone to its destination after cemetery approval and customer layout approval. Both approvals must be met before the marker will be placed into production. Any orders with Cameo photos will add an additional 6 to 8 weeks estimated. It is also important to understand that any holiday will delay your order as well.

We represent several manufacturers including Granit-Bronz, one of the leading memorial manufacturers in the country. Granit-Bronz is a division of the Cold Spring Granite Company, based in Cold Spring, Minnesota.
Do you offer payment plans? (back to top)
Unfortunately, not at the present time. All purchases must be paid in full prior to processing the order and sending the order to production.

"We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept debit cards, certified cashier's checks, money orders and personal checks."
Can my order be cancelled? (back to top)
Yes, your order can be changed or cancelled within 3 working days after the mailed or faxed acknowledgement. However due to the incredible amount of time, energy and resources that are spent on your behalf to get approval from cemeteries, and the actual design by our designers you will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee of your total price of the memorial if you choose to cancel after production is underway (production is defined as commencement of paperwork on your behalf to the cemetery of final destination of the marker.) Please keep this in mind once you place your order. All orders cancelled after the 3 working days will be subject to a 20% handling fee, however subject to a 50% fee if the order is through the pouring process, and subject to a 90% fee if the order is completed. |
