General Information about our products

Pricing includes a bronze cast raised memorial on a polished granite top with blunt edges, and sawn sides and bottom.  The granite base is approximately 3” thick unless noted in provided dimensions, and 4” thick granite is available when requested.

Standard granite colors are Moonlight Gray, Sierra White, Sunset Red, Sunset Beige, Royal Mahogany, Royal Mountain Red and Lone Star Pink.  Granite can be upgraded to Diamond Pink, Academy Black, Carnelian, Charcoal and Colonial Rose.  Please call or email Precious Memories Monuments for the upgrade price.  The bronze memorials are also available without the granite, and available with or without a vase.  Please call or email Precious Memories Monuments for bronze only pricing.

Standard Lettering includes:
Individual Memorial:  Individuals name, birth and death date, and 3 standard emblems on the bronze memorial. 

Companion Memorial (44x14 and smaller):  The family name and two individual names “cast on”, and 3 standard emblems on the bronze memorials.

Companion Memorial (56x16 and 60x20):  The family name and two individual names “cast on”.  There is no charge for nicknames.  One line of inscription below the family name (not to exceed 80 characters, spaces and punctuation).  Maximum of two lines of inscription above or below the given name and date scrolls (not to exceed 80 characters, spaces and punctuation).

Standard oxidations:  Light Brown, Dark Brown, Golden Brown, Rose Red, Emerald Green, Black & Vet.  Antique oxidation is available.

Standard letter style: Oval, Flat, Traditional Text, Vet, Flat.
 
Cast raised inscriptions up to 25 characters in standard English, Vietnamese or Hebrew lettering.  Additional lettering and engraved scripting is available. Asian and Arabic lettering is available.

The Patrician vase is the standard vase included in the pricing.   

Additional emblems and custom ribbons are available.  A full size rubbing for final approval is recommended for detailed custom orders or extreme layout changes.
  

Precious Memories Monuments is not responsible for installation fees or any other cemetery fee.  Some cemeteries require full installation payment before they will accept delivery of a memorial. Our customers should be prepared to make a full payment to their cemetery for installation and endowment care before the memorial can be ordered.  Precious Memories Monuments will need a signed approval from each cemetery before an order is processed.   Cemeteries have rules and regulations concerning bronze and granite color and size, and it solely the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are purchasing an acceptable memorial.  Precious Memories Monuments has a working relationship with hundreds of cemeteries throughout the continental United States and may assist the buyer with this approval process.

Precious Memories Monuments offers Free truck freight shipping to any cemetery in the Continental United States.  Residential delivery and special shipping requirements or rescheduling may require an additional charge.  The manufacturing process and delivery normally takes about 6 to 8 weeks.  Custom design options may require a little more time.  If your marker arrives damaged  note the damage on your bill of lading and then take a photo.  Then contact Precious Memories Monuments so that we assist you in filing a claim which must be done within 15 days. All damaged merchandise should remain in the original shipping container until inspected.  Precious Memories Monuments cannot be responsible after the bill of lading is signed and the delivery accepted. 

The buyer will receive a layout for their approval.  The Cemetery must also approve the layout and verify they have been paid for the installation of the marker. Precious Memories Monuments must be paid in full before we can submit the order to for manufacturing.  Precious Memories Monuments will accept credit cards, money orders, personal checks.  There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks. The buyer has the right to cancel any order within 48 hours after the payment is made.  Sales tax of  6%  will charged for all orders shipped to cemeteries in Florida.  By law, the buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes in continental states other than Florida.  

You should be aware of your rights. The United States Government’s Federal Trade Commission revised the rules governing funeral procedures in 1994.  Basically, a cemetery may not refuse a monument that you purchased elsewhere as long as it meets their rules and regulations.
