They just got the headstone installed, so here's what it looks like! The grave site marker is beautiful for lack of another word. After the death of my husband I worked with Precious Memories Monuments to have a marker made for his grave which satisfied both me and my children. I found Cathy very helpful in helping us pick the style and lettering for the monument, and the placement of everything. I was called to approve every detail, and was always kept up to date on all aspects of the work, even the delivery of the monument. When my grandmother was alive hundreds of ladybugs visited her apartment every year. So whenever I see one I always think of her. After her passing I looked in numerous places for an urn for her ashes, but nothing was suitable in my eyes so after a year I began to give up. But on August 9, 2008, my search began again. It was the day I got married, and my grandmother made it clear that she was there with me. As I was getting my makeup done at my house, I looked up at the ceiling and saw a ladybug. Then while we were taking pictures at the reception site (over an hour away from my house), a ladybug sat on the bottom of my dress. Two weeks later, when my husband and I arrived home from our honeymoon and sat down for our first meal together in our home a ladybug flew through the door and landed on the wall. It was then that I knew I had to find an urn with a ladybug on it. Again I looked around and on the internet, but this time I found Precious Memories Monuments. After some phone calls and e-mails back and forth, Cathy and I designed the perfect urn. It has a ladybug on it, and a quote that fits my grandmother’s personality. My grandmother passed away after 5 years of fighting a variety of diseases and illnesses. She fought so hard for so long because she truly loved life and made sure that those she loved lived every day to the fullest. Cathy, thank you so much for giving me a suitable resting place for my grandmother’s ashes.

Cathy,
I would like to say “Thank You” Precious Memories Monuments for the wonderful and caring help you gave me in choosing my husband's grave marker. I was able to choose a emblem that I know he would have loved to have on his marker. It turned out perfect. Cathy telephoned me several times to make sure I was perfectly happy with the marker before it went into production.
I feel I would have never of received the caring, respectful, one-on-one help from any other company. Cathy made sure every detail was handled from the beginning to final placement in the cemetery. She let me know when the marker went into production, the day it would leave the engravers, how long it would take to ship, and when it arrived at the cemetery. I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. My complements to Cathy for a excellent job. If anyone wonders if this is the company to go with, don't wonder, just do it. Dear Cathy and Martin,
We want to deeply thank you for the outstanding service you provided for our family in our time of need. The urn is absolutely beautiful and we know that our father would have loved it.
